Benefits
The device is a photoelectric smoke detector which can easily detect smoldering fires (causing less heat but much smoke). Additionally there is a heat sensor installed for fires that are causing big heat but only a less amount of smoke (alerting between 54 and 70°C).
This is a network device
Up to 30 wireless smoke detectors can work in a network furthermore it is possible to mute the device for approximately 10 minutes while it is alerting. This is very useful for false alarms caused e.g. by steam.
