Tubular socket wrenches or tubular box spanners are built from metal tubing and often have a couple of profiles, one at every end of the device. The tube-shaped wrench is transformed using a ‘tommy bar’ either ‘T-bar.’ Tommy bars are implemented through holes pierced in the spanner, so they are at correct angles to the device. The tommy bar can be twisted like the arms of a tap, turning the wrench including the fastener.
